The aim of our clinic is to prioritize our patients’ needs and goals. We are focused on getting to the root of each person's condition and applying the most effective and science-based approach to care. Unfortunately, insurance companies don't always agree with what we believe is best. And for that reason, we have chosen to be OUT OF NETWORK with all providers, except BlueCross Blue Shield PPO plans.

We understand that rising healthcare costs impact everyone. So for those without BCBS insurance we have affordable self-pay rates listed below.
